About us
Founded by Ex-8200-unit officers, GAMMA aims to change the mold of high-tech training by founding an Academic R&D Center (Similar to the concept of Teaching-Hospitals) - a combination of two units working side-by-side in full synergy:
A Technology Training Unit (TTU)
Initial courses will include:
Front-End
Back-End
DevOps
.
A Technology Development Unit (TDU)
The TDU is an R&D center that includes highly experienced developers from the 8200 unit working with graduates of the training unit (TTU)
With this methodology, the students continue their training, while gaining meaningful and practical hands-on experience under the close supervision and management of experienced lead developers.
What else?
In addition to learning and practicing technical skills, involving the students & graduates in a real-work environment provides them with the skills and tools they need to succeed in a dynamic work environment – work ethics, time management, tasks management, meeting deadlines, working as part of a group, providing reports to management, organizational behavior and more.
